Ahh... ambition, and the lack there of. I have ice cream, i have music, and i'm decent. ah yes... what it is to not have a life.

Bandcamp. Bandcamp fuckin' rocked for the most part. I mean, some of the local bands, skilet, and saliva could've stayed home for all i care, but the reasons i went were well worth it.

Lemme start out by saying i love dope. the feeling, smell, even the sound... the reason i went was for dope. damn, they don't disappoint at all. i'd have to say out of everyone there, dopes' pit was the most violent and active. it was just wonderful. Edsel had everyone hanging on everyword he said, and waiting for more. i will have to disagree with cody however, and ask "how are they pousers?" i mean, they've pretty much stayed with the same basic roots, and look that they've always had. of course, its a bit harder when only one member of the original line up is still in the band. yeah, he wore one of their shirts on stage, but overall as much as it irritates me, its forgiveable seeing as how great the show was. i await further explination

drowning pool was also very good, and it's hard to say if the old singer was better or not, but once again they didn't disappoint. he even sounds like the old guy. while dopes pit was the most violent, DPs was the most jam packed. you could litterally go NOWHERE. i was jus' lucky to be trapped next to a few hotties. yes, i am a normal guy in that aspect.

Anyonebutyou, the local band that played at boobash was also very good. this time you could at least hear them, and understand what they were saying/ hooray for good sound systems. they opened, and put on a great show considering that fact. i'll say this... in HS i never liked gary, or any of his friends, but after hanging aroudn a bit with him in the gameroom at Boo-u, he ain't bad.

after Dp i ended up just sitting the rest of the show out, except for a special  playing of walk, by pantera while damageplan were on stage. damage plan is Vinnie, and dimebag from pantera side project or soemthign. either way, they're in both. yeah, i went into teh pit as soon as i heard that. even tried to surf, but ended up five people up, and 2 rows from the front. didn't work to well. -heh- it was awesome though, all the bands from the back RUSHED the stage, and joined in. it was mad crowded. almost like any psychopathic records show, but not psychopathioc. dude, it fuckin' rocked.

all in all, i scored a bunch of autographs, chatted with a few drunk rockstars, and hacked. it was a great day.  I have one final thing to say about bandcamp, or rather... it's bandcamp related. I want one of those fucking hot goth/freak chicks. why can't a few of'm move up around here? shit dude... i'd do damn near anything to get one of those. the closest thing around here i woudln't touch with davids dick. they are so fuckin' HOT! i cannot put into words how it is when you find one that actually takes the time to make it look good. it's NOT fair!
